How to enable "AutoPay - Post Visit"
Our AutoPay system is designed to simplify the payment process by automatically charging your credit card either immediately following your visit or after insurance processing is complete, as applicable. A credit card receipt will be sent to your email. If you require a detailed statement with CPT codes for insurance reimbursement, please contact our office and we will be happy to provide one.
Please note that our office does not have access to your full credit card number at any time. The system securely stores only the authorization token and the last four digits of your card for reference.

Step 1: Login to the www.drsierk.com Portal & Select "Billing" in the top menu
Step 2: Find the "Card Manager" section towards the bottom and select "Add New Card". If you already have a card setup, you may click the pencil next to the card on the right as shown in Step 4 to enable AutoPay.
Step 3: Enter Card Details (it will popup a new window), select "AutoPay Post-Visit", and save
Step 4: Confirm & Make future edits
Thank you for authorizing automatic payments. Charges will be applied to your selected credit card following your visit and after insurance has been processed, as applicable.
If you wish to remove this authorization at any time, you may do so by editing your card information and unchecking the AutoPay Post-Visit option. You may also switch the authorization to a different credit card using the same process.
